How Many Treatments Will I Need?

For optimal results, a course of 4–6 treatments, typically spaced 1–2 weeks apart, is recommended.

Following your appointment, we recommend:

Keeping the skin well hydrated
Using gentle skincare and daily SPF
Avoiding excessive heat, including saunas, steam rooms and very hot baths, for approximately 48 hours
Avoiding intense exercise for approximately 24 hours where advised
Using lukewarm rather than very hot water immediately following treatment
Following any personalised aftercare advice provided by your therapist

The skin is gently cleansed and prepared before a conductive gel is applied. This allows the EXILIS applicator to glide comfortably across the skin while supporting controlled and consistent energy delivery.

STEP 3: RF + Ultrasound

EXILIS ULTRA 360™ combines monopolar radiofrequency (RF) and ultrasound to deliver controlled thermal energy into the targeted tissue. The applicator is continuously moved across the treatment area while stimulating the skin's natural collagen-remodelling response.
