A: Yes — You can choose a different advanced treatment each month based on your skin’s condition and our therapist’s recommendation. Your therapist will guide you toward the option that best supports your current skin goals.

A: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you miss a month, your unused treatment credit will roll over and remain valid until the end of your 12-month membership term. Credits cannot be carried beyond the contractual period.

A: No — memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only.

This ensures consistency in your treatment plan and the best long-term results for your skin.

A: After the initial 6-month commitment, you may cancel with one month’s written notice.

Any fully paid-for credits will remain valid for 30 days after cancellation; unpaid future credits will be forfeited.
