1. Shipping Method
Orders are collected and prepared by the logistics centre located at Lapo Shanghai Health Management Co.Ltd, Rm. B102, Bldg. 3, Shenxin Plaza, No. 2888 Jiuxing Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai 201600, China then dispatched by our nominated cross-border carrier Yuntu's Jiashan warehouse before being shipped to the UK via Evri/Royal Mail. The entire delivery process can be tracked using the Yuntu tracking number provided upon dispatch.

2. Shipping Regions & Restrictions
We ship throughout the United Kingdom only, except for the following excluded regions and territories, where delivery is unavailable:
British Overseas Territories: Anguilla, Ascension Island, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia & Sandwich Islands, Tristan da Cunha, Turks & Caicos Islands.
Channel Islands & Other Restricted Areas: Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, and other Channel Islands.
Other Restrictions: P.O. Boxes, Military Bases, General Delivery addresses, and Northern Ireland.
3. Delivery Timelines & Costs
Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended. Please note that the delivery time quoted is an estimate only.
Free standard shipping on all orders over £100.
Standard shipping for orders under £100 will be charged £7.95.
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Delivery time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 6-10 business days.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.
