1. Membership Validity & Expiry

• The LAPO Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
• Any unused facials, treatments, enhancements, or benefits will expire at the end of the membership period and cannot be carried over.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

• Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
• Membership benefits are tied to the registered member(s) and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or other services.

3. Sharing Membership Benefits

• Each membership may be shared with one additional person who must be registered at the time of purchase.
• The primary member remains responsible for all bookings and ensuring shared benefits are used within the validity period.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All facials and treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the treatment being deducted from the membership.

5. Serum & Treatment Upgrades

• Complimentary serum upgrades are only applicable at the time of a scheduled facial and cannot be carried forward.
• Complimentary treatment enhancements must be used during a scheduled LAPO Facial appointment.

6. Discounts & Promotions

• Member-exclusive discounts on add-ons and retail products cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
• The 15% off advanced skincare treatments applies to a single treatment session and cannot be applied to multi-session packages.

7. In-Store Voucher & Birthday Benefits

• The £50 in-store voucher must be used within the membership period and is applicable only to treatments and retail products.
• Birthday treats and goodie bags must be redeemed in-store within the member’s birthday month.

8. Amendments & Store Rights

• LAPO reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the membership program, benefits, or pricing at any time with prior notice.
• In cases of dispute or misuse of membership benefits, LAPO reserves the right to revoke membership without refund.
