These Terms and Conditions govern the LAPO Skincare Membership Programme. By enrolling, you (“the Member”) agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Term
The LAPO Membership runs for a minimum contractual term of 12 months.
After the initial term, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
Memberships are non-cancellable during the first six (6) months of the term.
After the initial six months, members may cancel by providing one (1) month’s written notice to booking@lapolondon.com.
Cancellation will take effect after the notice period has ended.
Upon cancellation:
- Only fully paid-for treatment credits will remain valid.
- These credits must be used within 30 days of the cancellation date.
- Any unpaid or unused credits will be forfeited.
3. Cooling-Off Period
If you join online or outside LAPO premises, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may cancel within 14 days for a full refund, provided no membership services have been used.
To exercise this right, you must contact LAPO Skincare in writing within the 14-day window.
4. Payment
Membership fees are charged automatically each month using the payment method on file.
You agree to keep your payment details accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until resolved.
5. Rollover Policy
Unused monthly facial credits may be redeemed at any time within the active 12-month contractual period.
If the membership is cancelled early, only credits already paid for will remain available and must be used within 30 days of cancellation.
All unused or rolled-over credits will expire at the end of the 12-month term.
Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person.
6. Booking & Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability.
Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in service forfeiture or fees.
7. Freezing / Pausing Membership
Members may request to freeze their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months per year.
Freeze requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance.
Membership benefits cannot be used while the membership is frozen.
8. Changes to Terms or Pricing
LAPO Skincare may update membership terms or pricing with at least one (1) month’s notice.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel before the changes take effect.
9. General
Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
By joining, you agree to comply with all LAPO Skincare clinic policies and procedures.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.
